AFTER YOU REACH OUT

1. **We read it.** Someone licensed on our team opens it, not a bot.
2. **We reply.** Most messages get an answer the same day.
3. **Want a search?** We’ll ask a few questions, or you can [start your free search](/find-apartments/) right now.

We won’t ever ask you to pay us, and anyone selling a promised approval is running a scam. Here’s [how to spot a housing scam](/guide/how-to-spot-apartment-and-housing-scams/).
