Our sponsoring brokerage is Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC, TREC #562021. Communities set their own rent, application charges and approval criteria.

## Pick the guide for your area

- [Austin](/austin/): plan your daily route and find the right Travis County record office.

- [Houston](/houston/): narrow down where you want to live and learn what the Harris County clerk handles.

- [Dallas](/dallas/): keep straight which county your apartment is in and which county a provider serves.

- [Fort Worth](/fort-worth/): sort out the Tarrant County side of your search and local places to sign up for help.

- [San Antonio](/san-antonio/): compare what you need in an apartment with support options around Bexar County.

## What we mean by coverage

We help you look into housing options in these five metros. Ask us if we cover a certain suburb or property. The property's own policy decides if a record gets reviewed.

## Start with what you want in a home

Send the metro you want, your budget and your move date through [the inquiry form](/find-apartments/). You pick favorite communities, and our guest cards include only your contact details and housing preferences. The property handles the application and makes the decision.

Use [Local Help](/local-resources/) to find help with housing, reentry, food, jobs and legal issues. Each provider sets its own rules for who qualifies and when it has room.
